Willem Dafoe

Willem Dafoe (William J. Dafoe, 22 Temmuz 1955 doğumlu) Amerikalı bir sinema ve tiyatro oyuncusu. Wisconsin, Appleton'da doğdu. To Live and Die in L.A., Platoon, The Last Temptation of Christ, Mississippi Burning, Body of Evidence, Clear and Present Danger, Speed 2: Cruise Control, The Boondock Saints, Shadow of the Vampire, Spider-Man and The Clearing yapımlarında önemli rol oynadı. 2008 yapımı Lars von Trier filmi Antichrist'taki rolüyle Danimarka'nın en önemli ödülü olan Bodil Ödülleri'nde En İyi Erkek Oyuncu ödülünü kazandı.  2014'te yine Lars von Trier'in yönettiği tartışmalı film Nymphomaniac'ta da rol aldı. 2015 yapımı Pasolini filminde de devrinin çok tartışılan yönetmeni Pier Paolo Pasolini 'yi canlandırdı. 2017 Justice League Part One filminde de yer alacaktır. 80'li yıllarda yönetmen Elizabeth LeCompte ile birliktelik yaşayan Dafoe'nin 1982 doğumlu Jack adlı bir oğlu vardır.
